No thumbnail appearing on long training videos

Title:** No thumbnail appearing on long training videos (Lesson 5 upload) **Category:** Bug **Body:** After uploading the 46-minute “U Tel X Training Videos All 1-46” video via the Watch upload flow, no thumbnail is showing even though the video status is Ready. The upload only asks for title and optional description — no thumbnail option is available. Can we get thumbnail support added (or auto-generation) for longer videos in the next beta update? Thanks!
